Green Peak Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Myles Carrucan and Gavin Lewis as the new Chief Executive Officers of Green Peak Energy.
Mr Carrucan and Mr Lewis previously held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively and have been with Green Peak Energy since its inception.
“Having worked with both Myles and Gavin since day one to build Green Peak Energy to where it is today, I know that the company is in safe hands to guide us through this next period of growth,” said Camillo D’Alessandro, who steps down as CEO to take up the role of Executive Director on the Green Peak Energy Board.
Alongside the recent management changes, Green Peak Energy has also formed a distribution partnership with Energy Ease, a leading solar payment plans and finance provider in Australia and New Zealand.
As part of the partnership Energy Ease has become a shareholder of Green Peak Energy and its CEO, Guy Olian has joined the Board as non-executive Director.

Green Peak Energy’s Board of Directors now consists of Derek La Ferla – Chairman, Camillo D’Alessandro – Executive Director, Brad Smyth – Non-Executive Director and Guy Olian – Non-Executive Director.
