Derek is one of the original founders of Green Peak Energy and an experienced company director and corporate lawyer. He has chaired or been on the boards of a number of mining and commercial ASX listed and non-listed companies. He is currently the chair of ASX listed company Chalice Mining Limited, chair of Icon Engineering Pty Ltd, the Advisory Board chair of TAG Pty Ltd, and the former long-standing chair of ASX listed Sandfire Resources Limited. Additionally Derek is the chair of Foodbank WA, and sits on its national board.

Noi is a Managing Director for CBRE IM’s Private Infrastructure business. She is responsible for the sourcing, execution and ongoing asset management of mid-market companies in global OECD markets. Noi is also the Deputy Portfolio Manager of CBRE IM’s flagship open ended infrastructure fund. She has 15 years of infrastructure investment experience across renewables, social, digital, transportation and energy subsectors and sits on the board of a number of CBRE’s portfolio companies.

With more than 15 years of expertise spanning project development, equity research, investment analysis, and corporate strategy, he leads our team towards continued success in the renewable energy sector.

With more than 20 years of experience working for property companies and industry bodies Mike brings a deep understanding of the sector to Green Peak Energy. In his role as Group Executive, Policy and Advocacy, for the Property Council of Australia, Mike leads the team that looks after national policy, advocacy and media across cities, housing, residential, tax, capital markets, retirement living, student accommodation, sustainability and regulatory work.

A proven CEO in the energy sector with a history of successfully developing large scale start-up ventures around the world. 20 years’ experience in financial services and environmental markets. Currently CEO and founder of Smart Ease. Previously co-founded several successful entities in the environmental markets and consumer credit sectors including myrate.com.au, one of Australia’s largest online mortgage lenders with over $1BN in loans and Cleaner Climate – carbon offset provider for ANZ & Flight Centre.

Neil is Director of Energy and Sustainability for CBRE’s GWS Pacific business. Within his role he is responsible for overseeing the development and successful implementation of decarbonisation strategies for CBRE’s clients. Neil brings 15 years experience in renewable energy and asset electrification to the Green Peak Energy board as well as a key insights into landlord and tenant energy challenges across Commercial, Retail and I&L property markets.

Georgia Watt, our Chief Operating Officer, comes to Green Peak Energy with a strong background in governance, sales, marketing, and commercial analysis. Her experience spans a range of areas, including PPAs, embedded networks, decentralised energy, and regulatory markets. Georgia’s expertise ensures the smooth operation of our organisation.

Joseph, an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 15 years in property, finance, infrastructure, and renewable energy, served in the same roles at Pacific Hydro (now Pacific Blue), overseeing complex legal transactions globally. Before that, he worked at a top-tier international law firm.

With more than 12 years of experience in the energy sector, Jordan Klitzing excels in managing and delivering commercial solar projects. His expertise in renewable energy aligns perfectly with Green Peak Energy’s mission, making him an invaluable asset to our projects team.

Alan Wong, our Head of Commercial, brings a unique blend of financial and technical experience to Green Peak Energy. With over a decade of infrastructure experience, he has spearheaded initiatives related to Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Alan’s accomplishments include successfully selling solar farm projects and contributing to renewable energy targets.

With a background in engineering and design management, he effectively bridges the gap between project teams and business leadership, ensuring valuable investment outcomes.

Andrew Blizzard, our Head of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), brings a wealth of experience from diverse renewable energy portfolios across the Asia Pacific region. His tenure at safety consultancy and training firms, as well as roles with Vestas, Telstra, and Tilt Renewables, demonstrates his commitment to excellence in HSEQ.

Mark is a senior executive with over 30 years experience in infrastructure funds management, investment banking, accounting and finance covering a wide array of disciplines including 10 years experience in infrastructure finance and development at Macquarie Bank. Over the past 20 years Mark has had the primary leadership role in a number of notable infrastructure transactions totalling over $10 Billion.

Vivek Guraba is an experienced energy professional with a robust background in the solar sector. Having worked with a leading manufacturer in the industry, he brings valuable expertise to his current role, where he supports the projects team to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Additionally, he oversees the operations and maintenance of Green Peak Energy’s solar systems, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the company’s renewable energy assets.
