He has chaired or been on the boards of a number of mining and commercial ASX listed and non-listed companies. He is currently the chair of ASX listed company Chalice Mining Limited, chair of Icon Engineering Pty Ltd, the Advisory Board chair of TAG Pty Ltd, and the former long-standing chair of ASX listed Sandfire Resources Limited. Additionally Derek is the chair of Foodbank WA, and sits on its national board.

Vaughan is a Managing Director for CBRE IM’s Private Infrastructure business based in Sydney. He is responsible for the sourcing, execution and ongoing asset management of mid-market companies in global OECD markets with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region. Vaughan has over 25 years of global infrastructure investment experience across social, digital, transportation and energy subsectors and sits on the board of a number of CBRE’s portfolio companies.

Previously co-founded several successful entities in the environmental markets and consumer credit sectors including myrate.com.au, one of Australia’s largest online mortgage lenders with over $1BN in loans and Cleaner Climate – carbon offset provider for ANZ & Flight Centre.

Joseph, an experienced General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 15 years in property, finance, infrastructure, and renewable energy, served in the same roles at Pacific Hydro (now Pacific Blue), overseeing complex legal transactions globally. Before that, he worked at a top-tier international law firm.

Over the past 20 years Mark has had the primary leadership role in a number of notable infrastructure transactions totalling over $10 Billion.

Having worked with a leading manufacturer in the industry, he brings valuable expertise to his current role, where he supports the projects team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
